POSITION

Order Fulfilment Executive

PROFILE

**Mission**:
The Order Fulfilment Executive reports to the Store Manager, with a dotted line reporting to E-commerce Manager, SEAA. He/she is responsible for the company success by ensuring smooth e-Commerce processes as well as securing back-of-house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand.

**Main Responsibilities**

**eCommerce**
- Process orders received by phone or online in ensuring accurate product and pricing, accurate client information, and timely shipping ensuring all procedures are followed
- Effectively and efficiently pack all outgoing orders using the most appropriate packaging and delivery service
- Liaise with clients, internal/external suppliers, and partners on shipping dates, delays, complaints, and all matters related to the eCommerce component of the business
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and reconciliation on all eCommerce transactions across all platforms; reporting, correcting, and following up on any discrepancies
- Liaise with the courier for last-mile delivery
- Optimize e-commerce operation and last-mile delivery
- Conduct operation and last-mile system testing

**Client Service and Sales**
- Be an Omnichannel champion for retail store
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories where possible to internal stakeholders
- Ensure providing superior client service in every transaction to internal stakeholders
- Develop and strengthen client relations and groom a repeat client base

**Profile**:

- At least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail
- Proficiency in English - additional languages a plus
- E-Commerce Order Fulfilment experience is a must
- Knowledge in Salesforce clouds are preferred
- Relevant experience for e-commerce system testing
- Passionate in luxury fashion and e-commerce
- Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with good analytical skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel and be able to analyse and report on the e-Commerce business
