- Responsible for purchase of finished goods from company's Suppliers.
- Liaise with key personnel from overseas suppliers to ensure goods are produced and shipped on time.
- Liaise with overseas and local forwarders to deliver goods in Singapore in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team on sales forecasts and promotional items, ensure optimal stock management and stock availability.
- Prepare purchase orders, organize and confirm delivery of goods and services.
- Actively participate/lead projects related to stock procurement or other inventory related projects.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Logistics/Inventory Management/Procurement or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience; preferably in wholesale and distribution industry
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment
