We are looking for a** Supply Development Specialist **to join our Renewables Platform Supply team in Neste APAC.

We have a small team of experts working in RP Supply. Our team is responsible Supply is responsible for sourcing renewable feedstocks to our refineries and growing supply potential of waste and residue feedstocks in line with strategic targets.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, you will be responsible to develop and maintain market insight and competitive intelligence under the guidance of Supply Managers. You will develop and maintain key database such as Supply Potential tool and interact with suppliers to ensure data accuracy. The Supply Development Specialist is the operational leg of the Global Feedstock Organisation and lead the implementation of a robust tool set of market and industry analysis.

Your main responsibilities include

Market Intelligence
- Develop and maintain market and industry analysis tools, focusing on both suppliers and feedstocks end users
- Improve and generate new tools and databases, ensuring accurate data, i.e. Supply Potential tool
- Design efficient and user friendly tool set that meets Global feedstock needs
- Generate and gather Supply/feedstock competition intelligence that can be channelled to the business

Supply mapping and supplier capability analysis
- Develop supplier database covering capacities, utilization rates and customer base of key players
- Maintain supplier master files containing key information and data of Neste suppliers

Operational Support
- Day to day management of logistics/supply issues not in scope of Operations
- Lead documentation requirements, including Sustainability
- Direct interaction, together with Supply Managers, with Operations, SCM and suppliers’ logistics
- SAP operational excellence for the Global Feedstock Organization

You will report to the Head of Supply APAC in the commercial office

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background are
- _Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental sciences or related field (masters preferred)_
- _Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in biofuels industry, chemicals or consumer goods_
- _Robust analytical skills_
- _Superior organizational skills and attention to detail_
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills_

The person selected for the position must pass a health. A security clearance is obtained for the persons with their consent.
