We’re looking for a **high-performing Personal Trainer**who can **lead both training and sales**. You’ll not only deliver top-tier coaching, but also **manage new leads, schedule trial sessions, and convert them into loyal, paying clients**.

This is a unique opportunity for a certified trainer who wants to go beyond just coaching — and grow with a tech startup that puts client experience first.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**️‍ ️ Personal Training & Coaching**:

- Deliver 1-on-1 personal training at homes, condo gyms, or outdoor locations
- Customize fitness programs based on client goals and fitness level
- Motivate, track progress, and ensure safe, effective workoutsDeliver engaging trial sessions that demonstrate value and build trust

**Lead Handling & Client Conversion**:

- Serve as the **first point of contact for new personal training leads**assigned by the company
- **Coordinate and schedule trial sessions**within 2-3 days of lead assignment
- Follow up with trial clients to answer questions, handle objections, and **convert them into paid packages**Track lead status and conversion performance.

**Growth & Brand Support**:

- Upsell renewals and higher-tier packages
- Collect client testimonials and feedback
- Create basic fitness content (photos, tips, IG Reels)Represent StringsSG at roadshows, demos, or pop-up events

**Compensation & Career Path**:
**Base Salary**:

- $1,500-$1,800/month (based on experience and certification)

**Per-Session Commission**:

- Additional commission for each completed session, with higher payouts for exceeding daily benchmarks

**Package Sales Commission**:

- Commission-based earnings on new package sign-ups and renewals

**Retention Bonus**:

- Monthly performance bonus based on client satisfaction and renewal rate

**Monthly Earning Potential**:

- Up to $4,000/month (including base salary, sessions, commissions, and bonuses)

**Career Path**:

- Junior Trainer Senior Trainer Lead Trainer Mentor Coach
- Long-term potential for equity (for early team members)

**Requirements**:

- Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, NCSF, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to get one)
- **1 year of experience**as a certified personal trainer
- Actively coached clients (not just certified)
- Delivered at least 50+ sessions (home, gym, or freelance)
- Experience in **customizing fitness programs**for diverse clients (weight loss, strength, mobility, etc.)
- Familiar with **trial sessions**, **goal setting**, and **progress tracking**:

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Confident handling trial leads and upselling packagesWilling to travel islandwide for sessions

**Preferred / Ideal**:

- **1+ years**experience including:
Freelance PT work or gym-based personal training
Some exposure to client sales, rebooking, or upselling packages
- Track record of **client retention or referrals**:

- Comfortable with basic digital tools: CRM apps, booking platforms, or ExcelExperience creating social content (e.g. IG reels, workout tips) a strong plus

**Work Environment**:

- Training takes place across Singapore — in condo gyms, client homes, ActiveSG gyms, Gym pods or parks
- Admin, follow-ups, and scheduling can be handled remotely or during off-peak hours
