**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the largest video game and anime company, headquartered in Japan. They're actively looking to hire a Game Marketing Support Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- You will work closely with the developer team to understand what the game is, what the fun factors are, what new features and appeal points in each update are, and how to position those. You will work with the developer team to come up with creatives, be it video, art, campaign messages, press releases or other necessary collateral.
- You will be responsible for content that goes out to the customers - to inform, to excite, and to virally propagate
- You will work with the in-house marketing and sales teams or external partners/publishers, and plan campaigns together with them to realize the objectives above. You will think of ways to strengthen the community via official channels and social media channels
- You will also be the hearing board for customers. You will need to work closely with community managers, customer service to distil valuable feedback/suggestions to provide to the developer team on a regular basis
- You will need to understand and filter what customers would be looking for, where they are in, and where the high-value customers are
- You will need to understand the different sources of data and how to present information in a meaningful way

**The Requirements**:

- Demonstrated a track record in a similar position in the games industry for at least 5 years' experience
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with different stakeholders both within the organization, first with developers, then with the external parties like publishers and marketing/sales teams
- Ability to analyse data, understand its relevance and context and able to present/explain this, both for internal reporting purposes, and to sell our vision to the outside world
- Experience in analysing game related KPIs, marketing related KPIs should be stated in the resume
- Experience in putting together creatives or directing the development team members to put together a story that depicts the customer experience, the selling points - this would be highly valued
- Proven experience working and managing digital communities, social media marketing and or content strategy across gaming and/or entertainment brands or digital/social media agencies with a focus on engagement and growth
- Proficiency in Japanese and/or Chinese is a must to be able to meet the business needs and to communicate effectively with native Japanese
- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders globally
- Proficiency in any other languages is advantageous
- It is an added advantage if you have a work experience in the North Asia Markets, e.g. Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China
- Most importantly, you must love games, because you will represent the voice and ears of the gamers
