The Job:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, goals, and objectives. Drive innovation and ensure alignment with market trends and consumer demands.
- **Operational Management**:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments, including development, marketing, finance, and HR.
- **Financial Oversight**:Manage the company’s budget, financial planning, and investment strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- **Team Development**:Build and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry leaders. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and public events.
- **Product Development**:Oversee the game development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the gaming industry, with a track record of successful project management and business growth.
- Strong understanding of game development processes, market dynamics, and player engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational details.
- Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player experiences and expectations.
