**What you’ll do**
- In this role, you'll _be developing and enabling your team of Medical Advisor/MSLs to _build AstraZeneca scientific leadership and provide medical and clinical expertise to both internal and external stakeholders in our BBU therapy areas of Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism (CVRM) and Respiratory & Immunology (R&I) for Singapore._ _By focusing on the development of professional relationships with key opinion leaders, you'll lead your team to build deep scientific understanding of AstraZeneca compounds by engaging KOLs in ESRs, scientific exchange meetings and advisory board meetings. In addition, you will input into the brand strategy and life-cycle management and take the lead in the design and implementation of medical activities aligned with the brand strategy._

**Essential for the role**
- Advanced scientific degree
- Experience of Medical Affairs function within a pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management
- Strong project management experience
- Team management experience

**Desirable for the role**
- Qualified doctor
- PhD in scientific discipline
- Understanding of multiple aspects within Medical Affairs
- Extensive knowledge of the latest technical and regulatory developments
