Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a strong and passionate Occupational Therapist to fill a full-time position, to deliver services in a clinic and school setting. He/she should enjoy delivering client-centered and family-centered care, be driven to grow in knowledge and work well in a team.

The Role
- Conduct assessments, interventions and reports promptly for children and adolescents with a w range of developmental challenges (autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, ADHD, depression etc)
- Conduct individual, pair or group therapy sessions effectively and safely
- Provide education and coaching for parents to transfer strategies into their home environments
- Practice within the areas of professional competence and seek support from support or other multi-disciplinary team members when appropriate
- Assist in clinical education for Occupational Therapy students
- Contribute to in-service training programs and talks
- Conduct school-based therapy and liaise with teachers to transfer strategies to classroom settings
- Maintain timely case notes

**Requirements**:

- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
- Obtained full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Pediatrics will be an advantage

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Occupational Therapy: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Full AHPC certificate (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
