Colliers International is recruiting for an Associate Director level professional to support the Singapore office’s marketing and communications, enhancing our brand equity, managing content campaigns and delivering lead-generating marketing.
- Lead the creative, content and media programme across traditional and digital media channels, to promote influential Colliers content with our Singapore business lines and research team.
- Develop, execute, and measure strategies to drive pipeline, support business priorities, and build brand awareness with target segments.
- Development and execution of Colliers’ corporate marketing strategy aligned to regional and global campaigns. Responsible for managing internal and external brand campaigns, communications as well as online and offline content.
- Collaborate and partner with senior stakeholders to build brand awareness and stakeholder/community engagements to increase followers, drive advocacy and brand preference.
- Develop, execute and measure revenue generating marketing strategies and digital strategies to drive pipeline, support business priorities, and build brand awareness with target segments.
- Create, drive and support the development of service line, asset class and major client event campaigns to deliver influential insight as a core part of Colliers’ client-focused marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with our People and Performance team to drive culture marketing and employer brand campaigns internally and externally.
- Support the development of internal communication strategies for people and leadership communications.Lead media engagement with Tier 1 Singapore and APAC media to drive and increase share of voice in Singapore market.
- Partner with industry networks to maximise sponsorships and membership investment
- Enhance our content amplification process across internal and external channels, working in collaboration with our Research and PR teams.
- Help ensure brand consolidation is maintained across all marketing collateral across the businesses.
- Collaborate with the regional and global marketing stakeholders and play an active role in global and regional projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a senior B2B marketing professional, within a leading communications agency or corporate role.
- A Marketing or Communications Degree or relevant qualifications.
- An ability to manage both multiple projects and deadlines and to be able to adjust if directions and priorities change at short notice.
- Have expertise in the digital marketing, including online media and expert in professional social media channels.
- Skilled in Microsoft packages.
