**Key job responsibilities**
- Developing and executing the end-to-end plans for digital marketing for hybrid events and training programs
- Develop and activate integrated marketing campaigns including training, events, PR, advertising, and social media to engage industry partners
- Defining the goals of each program component, ensuring it is aligned to the marketing and overall business objectives.
- You will oversee a variety of vendors and partners to ensure all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality experience as needed.
- Collate data and provide detailed and clear ROI reports associated with executed programs including insights and deep dive analysis on performance.
- Utilise exceptional communication skills to collaborate across different teams and with stakeholders on event strategy, intake briefs, plans, and post-event debriefs.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, communications, or events
- Track record of working with and influencing sales & other cross-functional teams across geographies
- Experience in developing B2B marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans.
