**SERVICE TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide onsite field service technical support Island wide.
- Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
- Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
- Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
- Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
- Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
- Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
- Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. - Fridge, Microwave, washing machine etc.
