**WALTON SALES & ADMIN EXECUTIVE**

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

This is an administrative role for highly motivated, deadline-driven and hyper-organized individuals who can balance multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent communication skills, as you will be required to liaise with internal stakeholders and external investors on a daily basis. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Reporting directly to the Sales Admin Manager, and supporting 2-3 Sales VPs, you will be the go-to person responsible for the following:

- Managing the VPs calendars, reaching out to new and existing clients and booking appointments
- Preparing sales and update materials
- Learn and understand our internal client purchase process from start to finish
- Checking product reservations and monitoring opportunities to close (lead sourcing) on a regular basis
- Liaising with referral partners
- Use multiple CRM platforms and channels to update client updates and activity
- Keep clear and concise reporting and documentation of tasks

**WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY FOR AN INTERVIEW**:

- Education of at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or client-facing capacity
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of other Asian language such as Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Cantonese or Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage
- Self-starter with exceptional ability to interact and engage with people at all levels
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Outstanding computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Systems: Sales Force and CRM knowledge a plus

**WE OFFER**:

- Remuneration package includes basic (S$2000) + commission override on VP sales; expect to achieve S$4,000 to S$6,000 a month in total
