**Description**:

- As part of the Changi East Safety function, you will join the team responsible for ensuring that construction works and related activities are conducted safely in compliance with aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations compliance and requirements. The team ensures safety by leveraging various means, ranging from culture promulgation to the development and deployment of digital interventions.- Assist in managing effective safety management systems for T5 development works.- Manage projects and explore the adoption of technology related to safety and operations, including but not limited to identify potential gaps to safety & operational requirements contributing to the timely completion of T5 works.- Drive collaboration to maintain safety and operations procedures, facilitate consensus building amongst stakeholders whenever there are differing requirements, organise safety trainings, and conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders.- Serve as the secretariat for meetings with stakeholders to achieve key milestones. This includes but not limited to setting meeting agendas, performance reporting, compiling safety data for trend analysis, and review risk assessments.

**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience with large corporations or government agencies (preferably in Safety Management, or a related field).- Possess drive, initiative, meticulous and able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
