**The Opportunity**:
A leading provider of engineering solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, specialising in the design and implementation of high-performance production systems is seeking for a Process Engineer.

You will be responsible to play a part in supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of life-saving medicines. Join a team that is helping to shape the future of pharmaceutical production.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling up pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems and operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

**What you will do**:

- Design and improve manufacturing processes for drug production (biologics and/or small molecules).
- Support scale-up from lab or pilot to full-scale GMP production.
- Collaborate with automation, mechanical, and quality teams on process design and equipment integration.
- Conduct process risk assessments and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure all process designs comply with industry regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA).Support process validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- **What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments similar or is preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with cleanroom environments, process automation, or aseptic/sterile manufacturing is a plus.
