LUTHER MUSIC PTE LTD is an established music retailer specializing in music technology and professional audio equipment. We are seeking a driven and talented sales specialist to promote and oversee music & audio solutions to clients.

Since 1996, we have been the faithful destination for musicians looking for good gear, fair prices and straight answers. We know gear, we talk gear and we love serving those using our gear. Today, this mantra remains and we pride ourselves in being that same specialist retailer that will personally share knowledge and expertise to meet the music and audio needs for everyone.

This is a full-time position that would require working at our music store.

**LOCATION : Peninsula-Excelsior (City Hall MRT)**

Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell our products and services
- Handle all customer enquiries and offer exceptional customer service
- Perform all retail duties diligently
- Duties include cashiering, inventory management, visual merchandising, equipment maintenance and all other store operations
- Assist with our e-commerce business
- Follow-up on orders and other administrative matters

**Requirements**:

- Prior work experience preferably in a retail or frontline capacity
- Knowledge of musical instruments and pro audio is an advantage
- A dynamic personality who enjoys meeting people
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Responsible, motivated and an excellent team player
- Able to multi-task & resolve issues proactively
