B.O.B. Marine is looking to hire a Senior yacht captain with a natural love for the seas, boats and enjoys interacting with people.

A Senior Yacht Captain of B.O.B. Marine will be in charge of the driving yachts under our management ensure that our guest has a pleasant yacht charter experience. A Senior Yacht Captain is also required to ensure the standards of the yacht is maintain and be a mentor and guide to the new captains and crews in B.O.B Marine.

**Requirements**:

- Flexible working hours (6-Day work week)
- Team player
- Friendly and outgoing
- APPCDL or Equlivent Deck license
- Basic technical knowledge with regards to boat repair
- At least 5 years experience with being a captain of a charter yacht

Basic Job scope:

- Ensuring the safety and service standards of the yacht is maintained
- Receiving of customer for yacht charter or for viewing session onboard the yacht
- Cleaning and maintaining the equipment on the yachts.
- Checking and ensure all equipment and items onboard the yacht are in working condition; work with technician to ensure yacht is in good to charter condition.
- Mentoring and training junior captains and crew on respective skills and responsibilities
