**Job Description**:
**The Role**:
MyRepublic Group is looking for a self-motivated individual that is keen on learning the business of building new, transformative technologies into our products & services, our processes and everyday ways of working.

You will be assisting the Innovation Lab Manager in our intake program, including researching and developing great new ideas. From assisting to tech scan, scouting to developing proof of concepts, you will have the opportunity to continually evolve a roadmap of new technologies and processes that will support our continued promise in bringing MyRepublic customers the best possible customer experience across all of our markets.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist and leverage technology scanning program to produce regular influx of ideas and partners for converting to POCs and MVPs
- Support in the negotiations and architect solid commercial terms for achieve targeted outcomes
- Partake in creating MVPs and POCs in the lab with the goal of showing results to internal stakeholders to green light for implementation
- Assist to follow up and handover partners and technologies to internal teams and monitor ongoing success
- Assist in analysis, visualization of data and creating clear presentations for management’s purview
- Involve in ROI analysis and prepare progress reports on projects
- Assist on feasibility assessments within the Innovation team and internal technical teams

**Qualifications**:

- An undergraduate pursuing a Polytechnic diploma/ Bachelors programme in Computer Science/Computer or InfoComm Engineering/Computing, preferably in the second/third or final year of studies
- Self-starter with a Get-Things-Done attitude
- Resourceful and learn independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly adaptable with the ability to work well across departments

**These are nice to haves; we don’t expect you to necessarily possess all of them**:

- Experienced working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experienced working with partners on commercial deals and collaborations
- Expertise/understanding of the Telecommunications industry
- Proficient in the Google Workplace
- Proven record of ideation, development and execution of projects
