**Introduction**

This position is for an experienced process integration engineer to develop BEoL passive devices in Singapore TD department.

**Your Job**
- The primary responsibility is to develop BEoL passive devices, such as MIM ( Metal-Insulator-Metal), MOM (Metal -Oxide-Metal), resistors and etc, as device owner covering both device performance and process development.
- Owns Pcell, design rule and other relevant PDK component enablement.
- Drive device characterization and continuous FOM improvement.
- Interface with internal and external customers for relevant communication.

**Job Requirements**- Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant field.- 4 years experience as process or process integration engineer.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different teams.- Fluent in written and verbal English.- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.- Self-motivated, energetic and positive mindset.- Experience in BEoL interconnect development is a plus.- Proven record of international publication and patent is a plus.
