**Job Summary**

**Market Expansion & Sales Growth**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, included but not limited to catering companies and restaurant chains.

**Sales Goal Setting and Execution**
- Formulating a clear sales plan with Objectives & Key Results (OKR), consistently strive towards achieving sales targets.

**Market Research & Competitive Analysis**
- Develop market segmentation strategies by analysing trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, particularly with experience selling packaging products to catering companies, restaurant chains or fresh food factories.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of maintaining and managing long-term customer relationships.
- Resilient in the face of challenges, consistently working towards closing customer deals.
- Demonstrate high level of professionalism, energetic and proactive in pursuing new customers.
- Familiar with F&B players.
