For our growing organization, we are looking for a **Software & Security Business Unit Head** to join our Sales team.
**Qualifications**:
- Deep understanding of the software and cybersecurity ecosystem, including products, services, and emerging trends.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in sales of software and/or security solutions.
- Proven ability to build and lead teams, with strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Advanced selling, negotiation, and time management capabilities.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Build and lead the software & security sales team, driving adoption of best-in-class sales methodologies.
- Identify and onboard the right partners, while deepening relationships with existing ones in collaboration with vendors.
- Develop expertise in software and cybersecurity solutions, advising partners and customers on adoption and implementation.
- Work closely with partner executives to drive joint investments, business alignment, and long-term growth.
- Deliver strong revenue and margin performance, creating a sustainable partner ecosystem.
- Expand the pipeline by identifying new opportunities and supporting cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across software and security portfolios.
