- Working Location: Tuas (Company Transportation: Lakeside MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday (8:15 AM-5 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Attendance Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave**:
- Duration: Permanent Role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor the import shipment ETA, forward relevant documents to the appointed forwarder for cargo clearance & update the inventory report.
- Liaise with appointed forwarder to secure vessel space once received Sales Order from Sales department.
- Liaise with internal departments (Warehouse & QC) for cargo availability & quality approval status.
- Create Standard Transport Order (STO) in the SAP system & generate a picking list.
- Hand over the picking list to warehouse personnel for cargo preparation.
- Arrange transport with forwarder for export cargo collection & delivery.
- Update relevant parties (internal or external) if there is any issue arises (eg, container damage, cargo damage during transfer, vessel delay & etc).
- Prepare incident report & monitor for the closure timeframe.
- Verify supplier invoice before proceeding to create Payment Request in SAP.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
