As a Tour Operator specializing in exotic and adventure tours, we are looking for individuals who are fun-loving, passionate about exploring the world and not afraid of a challenge
As a Personal Assistant, you should:
- Work closely with the Director to liaise with customers and update the database
- Manage and update our website accordingly in a timely manner (knowledge of website development platforms like WordPress are a plus)
- Manage our social media platforms by posting engaging and interactive posts to market our trips
- Handle all enquiries with professionalism
- Manage administrative and minor accounting details
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as requested
- Design captivating itineraries and promote it on various media platforms
- Able to travel or assist to lead tour groups to Asia, Europe & the Americas
**Requirements**:
- Possess strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Ability to write well with good command of English and Mandarin
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated and have a flexible approach to responsibilities within the office environment
- Ability to deliver work before deadlines
- Keen eye for numbers in the managing of simple book-keeping & accounts
- Understand the company's unique strength and able to translate it to customers effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
