**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Tennis Lead and Technical Director to engage coaches and participants to support their development, in line with coach and player development curriculum;
- Work with the Tennis Lead to identify and recruit quality coaches when needed;
- Work with the Tennis Lead and Technical Director to nurture the interest of participants to support their sustained participation in the sport;
- Work with the Tennis Lead and Technical Director to build a strong coaching culture and a cohesive team of coaches;
- Work with Tennis Lead in creating an effective system of rostering coaches;
- Provide on-court coaching hours (mínimally 40 hours a month) to positively influence coaches and participants; and Attend regular meetings with Voyager Coaches and Team Lead.
- Engage key stakeholders and build strong relationships within the tennis fraternity
- Support the Tennis Lead in leading and implementing special projects, e.g., Wheelchair tennis programme, Community and school outreach initiatives

**Requirements**:

- A valid National Registry of Coaches (NROC) membership of Coach and above.
- Relevant Sport Specific Requirements outside of NROC requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in coach development; have prior experience in leading and managing a team of coaches as a head coach/academy lead
- Preferably registered with MOE-IRS as an instructor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
