**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the planning and implementation of Infor M3 ERP projects with top-down oversight throughout entire lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of major project milestones, tracking, and communication to internal team members, external resources and business partners within the organization.
- Enhance company business practices to align with industry standards.
- Project manage ERP and other related IT implementations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per the organization’s needs.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations
- Plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide direction and support, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
- Create documentation and presentations as needed, as well as roll-ups to leadership, keeping all necessary parties updated on progress
- Develop full scale project plans using software such as Microsoft Project and Excel
- Document design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publishing reports as necessary
- Satisfy RH governance requirements, including SOX requirements and data sharing
- May be asked to be involved in other special projects and technology initiatives as required

Required Skills*
Required Skills/Experience: *
- BS in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or MIS preferred. Education requirement can be substituted with demonstrated commensurate experience
- PMP or similar certification
- 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Project Management role
- Must have 5+ years of Infor M3 ERP experience, particularly with the implementation process
- Excellent project management skills including experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills; with experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to communicate and work as a team player
- Comfortable collaborating with senior management to capture business requirements
- Demonstrated efficient and effective use of problem-solving and task prioritization to facilitate successful project completion
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities; strong ability to influence at times without direct authority
- After-hours and weekend work will be required for project implementations, incident response, etc.
- This role may require travel up to 20% to other company locations (domestic and international)
