Our Global IP team is responsible for all IP-related legal matters cross-business and regions worldwide, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, domain names, trade secret, open source, IP protection and enforcement, and IP complaint management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic vision addressing the Company’s current and future Intellectual Property and work in partnership with other senior leaders to develop and implement overall strategic directives.
- Stay on top of the industry dynamics and global IP trends, have the ability to make proper judgements and provide forward-looking legal support.
- Responsible for the Company’s intellectual property affairs, including IP strategy/policies formulation and implementation; global layout and management of IP portfolio; IP rights protection, risk control and comprehensive management and governance; IP licensing and other complex commercial transactions; and client counseling and management regarding various IP matters/projects (patent, trademark, copyright, domain name, trade secret, open source, etc).
- Foster career development of the IP in-house team, manage relationships with outside counsels, build and maintain sound collaboration relationships with XFN.
- Manage IP-related budgets, forecasting and resources, operating the global IP assets business.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 15 years experience as an IP lawyer working in a top law firm and an in-house legal team of relevant industries.
- Strong leadership ability and management experience for a large team. Strong multi-tasking project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with internal and external teams. Better have some industry influences in IP perspective.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical and forward-looking thinking. Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, self-starting, hard-working, with a tolerance for working across multiple time zones.
