**1. JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Executive (Administrative) oversees the day-to-day operations of our training programmes/courses through liaison with our offshore programme management teams, interactions with stakeholders, and makes suggestions to improve the quality of service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Learns to manage the programme management team and sets performance standards for each role.

2. Oversees the enrolment of participants and handles re-schedule, withdrawal, and refund requests.

3. Prepares training records, such as schedules, attendance sheets, etc.

5. Books classrooms and ensures that they are properly set up.

6. Monitors and ensures that Adult Educators prepare/collect their curriculum, trainer guide, PowerPoint presentation and assessment plan plus learner guides and assessment booklets for each participant at least one day in advance of the training programme.

7. Monitors timely return of attendance sheets, assessment records and excess learner guides, assessment booklets, etc. from the Adult Educator/Assessor.

8. Manages the accurate submission of participants’ details on the Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) system.

9. Prepares and disseminates the certificates directly to public participants or through the company representative for company-sponsored participants.

10. Resolves all issues as they arise.

11. Compiles and submits reports on training activities, including assessment reports and course evaluation reports.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'N' or ‘O’ Level with credit in English.

2. Male applicants should have completed national service.

3. Ability to converse in Mandarin and dialects is an advantage.

4. Those with some experience in the training and adult education industry will have an advantage.

5. Basic knowledge of the training and adult education industry and SkillsFuture Singapore (Workforce Skills Qualification) accreditation scheme, including an understanding of future trends.

6. Be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, TPGateway system (preferred) and TRAQOM system (preferred).

7. Strong detail orientation and capable of producing/ensuring a high standard of accurate work.

8. Able to work independently without supervision.

9. With good interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to manage/work with an offshore team.

10. Possesses strong work ethnics and professional conduct.
