Job Scope
Under general supervision, applies reliability and quality engineering principles to support personnel on technology projects. Responsible to conduct risk management activities, failure analysis, data analysis and database management. Advances continuous improvement through measurement of key metrics and implementation of corrective actions. Makes significant contributions to all aspects of Design for Reliability activities including reliability models and test programs. This position will interface with the global reliability team to collaborate on standard work methods and best practices.

Undergraduate degree in Reliability Engineering or similar discipline and 4+ years of related experience. Proficiency in statistical data analysis (regression analysis, ANOVA, etc.) and reliability software (JMP, Minitab, ReliaSoft, etc.). Significant experience and proficiency in facilitation of reliability events such as failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause failure analysis (RCFA). Working knowledge of 6 sigma tools (design of experiments, quality function deployment, fault tree analysis, etc.).
