Senior Executive, Curriculum

The Senior Executive, Curriculum will work closely with the Curriculum team and other stakeholders to assist in the day-to-day operations of the School and ensure seamless coordination of curriculum delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
To manage the Year 3 curriculum- Plan timetable, provide logístical and administrative support in sessions scheduled in the Year 3 Campus Teaching Weeks and Year 3 Enhanced Campus Based Learning weeks for Short Postings- Upload learning resources on various online platforms- Format and upload Student Guides (Year 3) onto iLKC- Coordinate with hospital education offices to arrange Short Postings clinical postings of students
**Requirements**:
- A good University degree in any discipline-
- Experience in scheduling management- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills- Positive working attitude and enjoy working with students- A good team player who takes initiative and is resourceful- Able to work independently under time pressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamic environment- Able to multi-task and work on different portfolios and projects simultaneously
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
