- Provide support to key regulators industry bodies, personal data protection authorities in responding to requests and inquiries promptly

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and provide adequate challenges to Business units to ensure that responses are accurate and consistent. -Manage regulator’s inspection and ensure issues are escalated to Senior Management. -Advise and manage escalation and reporting of incidents to Regulators, where required. -Strong partnership with cross-functional units, including risks teams, to drive implementation of new and regulations impacting the Bank. -Manage key strategic regulatory projects, support regional rollout of policies and procedures. -Inculcate a regulatory compliance culture through training by delivering regulatory-related training to business units

- A degree holder with extensive work experience, at least 10 years, in the area of compliance and be able to exercise judgement for various regulatory requirements. -Experience in interacting with regulatory authorities, industry bodies and consumer protection authorities in addressing, minimizing and avoiding regulatory risks. -Experience working with stakeholders to investigate and escalate incidents to regulators, where necessary. -Experience in managing projects and partnering with cross-functional teams. -Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and analytical skills
