We are looking for outgoing personalities and team members to be part of Singapore's most successful boutique health and wellness company.

As the UFIT ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff entering a premium experience in health and wellness. Welcoming and registering clients, assisting with bookings and payments, managing the safe entry measures, coaches and clinicians bookings and are all a critical part of this role.

**The role requires you to be on your top game at all times, greeting and farewelling clients, providing assistance, support and an amazing first impression to all who cross your path.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s) : English (well spoken)
- At least 2 years of working experience in related front of house roles in luxury

or first-class environments (e.g. hotels, airlines, premium retail)
- Required Skills : Customer Service, Excellent People skills, Exceptional

Grooming and Presentation, great interpersonal skills, strong communication

skills, reliable and punctual
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening
- Previous experience with Mindbody software will be a bonus
