Responsible for handling sales enquiries and projects and purchase of Indent goods.
- Prepare sales quotations, follow up on quotations and co-ordinate deliveries to customer as well as from Supplier.

- Purchase and update delivery confirmation in SAP
- Follow up on all generated quotations, identify potential customer needs and work closely with the external sales team to support customers and opportunities.
- Ensure timely replenishment, sufficient stock level and inventory turnover for finished goods & trading items
- Attend weekly department WIG meeting and all products training sessions
- Purchase of finished goods i.e process purchase requisitions, purchase orders including monitoring of open purchase orders, expedition of deliveries & filing of all supplier related documents
- Verification of freight bills for incoming shipments, coordinates and arranges local deliveries with respective local service provider for Singapore.
- Collaborate on project expediting the purchasing process & communication of delivery info to the sales and internal sales support. Update delivery schedule confirmation related information in CRM system
- Facilitate agreement of MRP & stock management with factory, perform regular stock analysis to optimize costs and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
- Conduct customer’s visit to resolve any problems.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an Operations role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficient in SAP
- Able to deal with voluminous transactions.
- Accepts responsibilities with positive attitude, is reliable, responsible and dependable.
