We are a pet-friendly co-working space/cafe in the day and we feature some of your favourite brunch items with our OMD twist. By night, we transform into a unique drinking spot serving up tapas and curated drinks.

We are seeking competent Bartender who will be the face of our café & bar ensuring that our customers receive high quality coffee, exceptional service, and an experience that keeps them coming back

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing a range of different cocktails, mocktails
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers
- Cleaning and maintaining machine and other equipment, maanaging any repairs when needed
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Offering expert advice, recommendations and answering questions about coffee and other drinks
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.

**Requirements and skills**
- At least 1 year of bartending experience and can produce a range of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, whilst also being involved in customer service, hygiene and sales processing.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Able to maintain regular consistent attendance and punctuality
- Good command of spoken English

**Location & commitments**
- Permanent, full-time position
- Cafe located along East Coast Road
- Shifts spread across 5 days, including weekends and holidays
