**About the role**:
**Responsibilities: -**
- Manage, conduct and participate in consulting projects ranging from proposal writing, technical work, report writing, to client presentations.
- Undertake economic, business and market study for infrastructure investment projects in ports and logistics industries.
- Undertake technical analysis tasks, including logistics planning demand forecast, multi-modal transportation, logistics system analysis, logistics facility requirement, market and commercial analysis such as pricing and revenue, financial assessment, etc.
- Act as Project Manager for small-to-medium sized projects under guidance and supervision.
- Manage sub-consultants under guidance.
- Stakeholder consultations with logistics providers, investors, users, and governments.
- Gain good understanding of the client’s needs, issues and expectations
- Able to adapt in meeting specific client needs

In addition to these duties, the post holder may be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required, from time to time, to achieve the above role purpose.

**Essential for this position**:

- Holder of bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics, or engineering major related to maritime and shipping.
- Familiar with the operations of inland logistics and industrial facilities, including dry ports, inland depot, bonded warehouses, logistics parks, industrial parks, bonded areas, etc. Experience in the master planning of such facilities is preferred.
- Self-starter and positive work attitude
- Well-organize, with effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong logics, analytical, numeric, and detail oriented
- Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint
- Prior experience with financial assessment skills is a plus
