**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Brainstorm ideas, plan and execute objective driven Social Campaigns and creative Content for Brands across social channels, i.e. Facebook, Google, TikTok
- Effectively educate and advise clients to provide Campaign Strategies and recommendations to help brand drive business results
- Campaigns Strategy and Planning for brands across Social Media such as Facebook, Tik Tok etc
- Evaluate performance and provide recommendations to improve Campaign performance
- Manage and Grow existing key Brands
- Must be a seasoned marketer with at least 3 year of proven digital marketing success.
- Ability to communicate and present fluently in English and Mandarin
- Highly analytical & numbers-driven, leverage data to make informed decisions to drive key objectives.
- Direct experience in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to crafting compelling and effective copy
- Ability to design and build Landing page Funnels
- A ‘Results-Driven ROA Mindset’
- Ability to build good working relationships with clients and co-workers fostering open communication on project planning, progress, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage your time and attention to detail
- Has the ability to self-learn and use initiative to solve problems.
- A hunger for learning and growth in your career
- Familiarity with video/photo production is a plus.
