Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Business Analyst

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirement Gathering and Analysis**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their document management and ECM needs.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ECM systems such as SharePoint and OpenText etc.

**Solution Design and Implementation**
- Work with technical teams to design ECM solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Develop Workflows and Reports based on clients' requirements.
- Support the configuration and customization of ECM platforms such as OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability requirements.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address concerns proactively.

**Quality Assurance and Testing**
- Develop test cases and assist in system testing to ensure ECM solutions meet requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams.
- Identify and resolve issues post-implementation.

**Documentation and Support**
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process workflows, and user guides.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ECM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, Alfresco, FileNet).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing ECM systems in a business environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform SQL queries.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data migration is a plus.

**Certifications (Advantageous)**:

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.
- Certifications in ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText Certified Professional).

**Key Competencies**:

- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of organizational data

Pay: $3,600.00 - $6,000.00 per month
