We are hiring Staff QA Engineer.

**Responsibility**
- Will be playing SME role within automation team and driving the team
- Expected to handle higher complexity/priority tasks assigned
- Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability, automation, and tools
- Develop/Maintain automation framework
- Develop/Maintain automation scripts using Karate DSL, Selenium etc
- Analyze automation feasibility
- Devise the best automation approach
- Help on developing Proof of concept (POC) within the team
- Creating clear automation approach document
- Follow the standards in development to ensure compliance with Audit Requirements.
- Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or Technology related field.
- 5-8 years of experience on Automation development
- Strong knowledge in Core Java, Spring framework and Hibernate
- Strong knowledge on scripting languages
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, No SQL etc.
- Experience with versioning tools like Subversion and GIT
- Proficient in JUnit, TestNG, and other languages or tools
- Experience with tools like JIRA, SharePoint, wiki, etc.
- Knowledge on Mainframes, Tandem and UI
- Experience in BDD automation tools/Frameworks such as Karate DSL, Cucumber etc
- General business knowledge of financial systems, EFT, FINTECHs
- Experience with Agile development methodology

- Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and Able to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.

- Ability, desire and motivation to learn quickly and pick up new skills.
