**Responsibilities**:

- Management of a team - this would include recruitment, yearly appraisal and training of your team.
- Tenancy Management - Managing end-to-end of tenancy operations, including but not limited to the followings

1. onboarding and offboarding of tenants,

2. conducting routine inspections,

3. management of arrears and taking the appropriate action,

4. Designing policies for new initiatives (e.g. Bridging Programe, One Stop Services etc)
- Facilities Management - Working with contractors and stakeholders to ensure high standards of cleanliness, good maintenance of facilities and good environment of Hawker Centre. This includes

1. responsive incident management,

2. efficient table-cleaning, general and toilet-cleaning,

3. effective pest control,

4. preventive and routine maintenance,

5. cyclical repairs/redecorations,

6. attending to emergency

7. and ad hoc improvement works.
- Feedback Management & Stakeholders' Engagement - Addressing feedback and appeals professionally and regularly engaging stakeholders (e.g. stallholders, contractors, Hawkers Association, landlord and relevant authorities etc) to implement initiatives and resolve operational issues.
- Routine exercise - Taking a lead in planning and coordinating of activities such as fire drills, quarterly spring cleaning and community activities.
- Any other tasks assigned
