**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of growth strategists and ads specialists to drive e-commerce adoption
- Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science etc
- Develop and support team through setting priorities, unblocking issues, continual feedback and career development
- Define and execute the short term and long term e-commerce strategy Globally including product positioning, value propositions, areas of growth and future investment potential for market
- Develop and execute market programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions
- Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
- Willing to roll up sleeves and be willing to step in and guide the market teams where needed.

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or relevant experience with a strong focus on growth strategy and e-commerce ad marketing with experience positioning product and building product strategy in market.
- Good understanding of global e-commerce and business landscape
- Experience leading a team and as a people manager with strong leadership skills, whether with direct team or indirectly with cross-functional teams
- Ability to motivate team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely across teams
- Ability to set priorities, problem solve, and multi-task
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with ability to use data in storytelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
