**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- A strong passion and knowledge of sneakers and TCG (Trading card game) is a big advantage.
- Welcoming and enthusiastic individuals who are Sneakerheads, sneaker and TCG lovers, or enthusiasts.
- At least 1 year of relevant retail sales experience is a big advantage.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service in line with SNKRDUNK's brand values and service standards.
- A team player who is friendly, service-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Deep awareness of product knowledge, as well as current and upcoming trends.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and duties as required.
- Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
