**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily checks of customer collection status and ensuring automated jobs are processed correctly.
- Daily checks and posting of manual collections to system.
- Perform accounting posting for collection and refund transactions.
- Liaise with other functions (i.e. technology, billing, customer service, credit management, etc) to identify and resolve exceptions or errors.
- Handle bank and receivable reconciliation.
- Support the delivery and implementation of new products and BAU enhancements requested by the business (for finance work flows).
- Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax agents on related matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing.
- Preparation of month-end schedules, management reports, tax computation and yearly statutory reports

**Key Requirements**:

- Well-organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Excellent numeracy skills with strong accounting and tax knowledge
- Strong problem-solving capabilities at operational level
- Working experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
- Keen learner who is motivated to acquire new skills
- Good communication skills, a team player with a high level of independenc

- Location: South
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- 2 year contract
