Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Title: Senior Consultant - Enterprise Risk Management**
You will be involved in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience.

**Pre-requisites**:

- Must have experienced in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- Work in large-to-medium sized teams or projects, delivering valuable insights and advice to clients on complex enterprise risk management projects across industries
- Must have consulting background as Senior Consultant
**Description**:

- Providing advisory on ERM developments in relevant Corporate Governance, Operation Model, Organizational Structures and Capabilities, Policies and Procedures, Systems and Cultures and Values
- Responsible to Formulate and implement ERM frameworks to manage clients’ risks to foster an effective risk culture.
- Establish a clear point of view for enterprise risk assessment, analysis, and delivery of solutions
- Enhance the Risk and Control practice by contributing to ERM thought leadership and Innovation solutions
- Review and recommend business process improvements to address control gaps and to enhance efficiency
- Present review findings and topics of interest confidently and succinctly in the presence of Engagement team and client’s stakeholders in closing meetings

**Requirements**:

- At least a degree in Business Management (with accounting)
- Must have at least 5 years of Enterprise Risk Management experience in any industries, preferably commodities trading
- Working knowledge and expertise of ERM Strategies, objectives, processes, policies In-depth experience with system configuration and customization of ERM solutions
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and continually improving key aspects of an ERM program, such as enterprise risk reporting (board level reporting), risk appetite, risk identification & measurement, enterprise issue management, risk assessment methodology, emerging risk, and risk committee structures
- Strong project management experience (e.g., defining scope, setting project timelines and milestones, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management);
- Working experience in client support and implementation of commodities trading
- Strong interest in Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Internal Controls
- Strong competence in developing presentations (i.e., MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
