WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate and run training programs:

- Pre-training planning - Liaise with external training vendors to manage logistics, finance and venue/virtual classroom matters
- Actual training management - In charge of ensuring smooth participant experiences, managing attendance and liaising with trainers
- Post-training follow-up - Ensure timely update of the Learning Management System and gather participant feedback
- Manage course creation and ensuring record-accuracy on the Learning Management System
- Handle budgeting, invoicing and finance processes for training initiatives
- Administer funding processes in a timely manner
- Manage staff training records on the Learning Management System
- Manage learning workflows and rectify staff issues
- Assist in handling staff training-related queries
- Liaise with the bank's overseas offices to coordinate trainings
- Prepare training reports for management reporting
- Prepare completion reports for stakeholders/audit purposes
- Audit staff's adherence to mandatory training programs
- Drive projects on learning operations and experience enhancements
- Work on streamlining process efficiencies alongside the internal team
- Work with branding to develop content collateral for learning initiatives
- Provide creative and new ideas to address learning gaps and to keep up with Learning and Development trends
- Work on learning & talent projects where required
- Engage in Employee Engagement Projects and other bank-wide projects where required
