
Finance/administrative Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions for the company and its affiliates.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in group reporting.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Bank Reconciliation and day-to-day accounting functions.
- Statutory submission including but not limited to annual tax submission, ACRA annual return.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and any other external institutions.
- Provide administrative support to other business functions such as compliance and fund administration
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5 years' relevant experience preferably from a Fund sector.
- Knowledge of Sage or Sun Accounting Software will be an advantage
- Both independent and a team player
- Meticulous and organised
