Position: Mail Service Office (Mail and Print Service)

**Salary**: $2300 - $2700

Working days: Monday - Friday (830am - 530pm)

Location: One-north, Singapore

**Job Decription**
- Responsible for sorting, organising and distributing mail and courier parcels among departments or recipients within a company.
- Accountable for receiving and recording of all incoming mail and courier items
- Process and frank outgoing mail according to SingPost mailing guidelines
- Process outgoing courier items according to carrier (eg. DHL) guidelines
- Perform internal distribution of mail and courier items to departments or recipients
- Man counter to handle all walk-in from internal customers and external parties
- Respond to requests and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner, meeting demands pro-actively where possible.
- Check and verify invoices from third party supplier for outgoing local and international courier
- Support on external trips to nearest bank by foot wherever necessary
- Inform Line Manager of overall workload and progress on completion of key work
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by Line Manager
- Maintain daily records and prepare reports
- Support business operations in a secondary location/(s) as assigned by Line Manager

**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma Studies with 1 year in related working experience
- Prior experience in mail room or print room or scanning will be advantageous
- Computer knowledge is required, especially excel
- Physically fit as the role requires frequent walking around
- Good Customer
- focused approach and responsible attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per month

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
