Position: Document Imaging Assistant

**Salary**: $2300 - $2700

Working days: Monday - Friday (830am - 530pm)

Location: One-north, Singapore

**Job Decription**
- To perform scanning of hard copy documents using IT systems, including file preparation, scanner operations, simple data entry, upload into system and physical filing.
- Preparation and sort hard copy documents for scanning
- Produce high quality scan images to customer specifications
- Quality checks to ensure that all images are of highest quality and accurately captured
- Achieve target output as determined by Line Manager
- Preparation of daily reports to Line Manager

**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma Studies with 1 year in related working experiences in Document Services Environment.
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
