NTU is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Office of Development and Facilities Management. The department oversees the physical development and maintenance of all university buildings and grounds in support of the academic, research, continuing education and training, and administrative functions of the University. As a M&E Assistant Manager, your role encompasses comprehensive oversight and management of all M&E aspects of development projects and research testbeds as well as maintaining the designated systems and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee M&E services for development projects from inception to completion.
- Work with the project team to adhere to timelines, budgets and resource plans for successful project execution.
- Gather and incorporate user requirements, engineering specifications and maintenance considerations into project plans.
- Supervise the design, installation and commissioning of M&E systems such as ACMV, Fire Protection, P&S, electrical and vertical transportation systems.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of designated M&E services, including lifts and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Manage assets and oversee contractors to ensure optimal performance, longevity and continuous operation of M&E facilities.
- Manage upgrading projects for M&E services to ensure successful execution and improve the effectiveness of service operations.
- Collaborate with researchers and ensure existing M&E systems meet the technical requirements for researchers' testbeds.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering & Facilities Management.
- At least 3 years' experience in managing development projects or facilities management in M&E related field, specifically for building services.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good technical competency in M&E services.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
