What You Will Do:

- Actively contribute to game server development by engaging in the comprehension and discussion of gameplay mechanics to implement design plans. Experience the satisfaction of witnessing your code evoke excitement within our player community.
- Ensure the stability and flawless performance of servers under all circumstances, including periods of high concurrency and peak concurrent user loads, to provide a seamless gaming experience to players.
- Undertake tasks including, but not limited to, function development, performance optimization, tool development, and providing support for game operations.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid foundational knowledge in computer architecture, algorithms, data structures, and operating systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, a hands-on attitude, and excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to perform well under pressure.
- Passionate in game development and a strong sense of accountability.
- Expertise in developing sophisticated, high-performance, and highly concurrent distributed services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams.

Bonus Points:

- Proficiency in network programming and database usage with experience in related optimizations.
- Proficiency in coding in C, C++, or Golang.
- Internship experience at a gaming company.
