The **Singapore Transport Operations team **oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore.

As part of the Singapore operations team, the role sits within our **Premier Services Team **.

**Get To Know The Role**:
The Premier Services Team is responsible for the performance of specialized transport services which are customized for passengers. We focus on developing and optimizing value-added services, to deliver the best experience for both drivers and passengers. In addition, we develop initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth.

**Day to day responsibilities**:
**Product launch and business development**:

- Support product development, which includes working with the team to conduct market research, develop pricing strategy and USP and find the right use cases and target audience.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support launch plan and initiatives. Includes supporting the development of processes and success metrics to ensure that the launch is seamless, timely and efficient
- Work closely with supporting functions including Procurement to source for vendors; Creatives on creative assets; Marketing to develop Go-to-market plans, launch events and sustenance campaigns;
- Training to develop training material and facilitation of training sessions
- Work collaboratively with campaign/ strategic partner(s) to roll out campaigns, including aligning communicating campaign requirements and executing campaign
- Proactively identify and follow up on opportunities with potential campaign partner(s)/ brand(s)

**Operations**:

- Support periodic communication with drivers and passengers
- Manage your assigned product on a daily basis, including the operations, driver/passenger issue resolution, driver qualification and on-boarding, develop and monitor driver training, procure merchandise and so on
- Ensure adherence by drivers by monitoring service quality
- Lead/Support events of your assigned product

**The Must Haves**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor degree in Business/ Business Management
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Enjoys ideation process, including brainstorming and actively engaging team members
- Work well with various stakeholders from different departments (Business Development/ Marketing/ Finance/ Operations)
- Strong interest in logistics, pricing, marketplaces or supply-demand economics
- Strong interest in business development
- Operations background and data skills will be a plus
