**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements related to Life Insurance operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation phase.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to Life Insurance and Insurance Agency Management systems.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in Agent Commission and Hierarchy Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the Life Insurance domain and experience in Insurance Agency Management system implementation
