Job Summary

The Assistant Operations Supervisor is to assist the Manager to ensure that the areas (ie Food Courts, Offices, Shopping Centres, etc) are clean as well as to meet the standards set by the customers and National Environment Agency (NEA).

Primary responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in scheduling of manpower as well as the day to day operation.
- Supervise the cleaning process and ensure that the areas are thoroughly clean.
- Ensure that nothing is damaged during the cleaning process.
- Assist in cleaning, etc. when the cleaners go on leave/MC.
- Attend to customer enquiries

**Requirements**:

- At least a GCE “A” level, High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Relevant working experience in the Food Court/Coffee Shop/Restaurant is an added advantage.
- Ability to think fast work-related problems and come up with immediate
